Vendor Information
Are you interested in showing off your business products to over 12,000 people? We are looking for food vendors, craft vendors & businesses to host a booth at this year’s Boone County Fair!
Businesses can set up one day or all week and rental space start at $175. Businesses that register after June 16, 2024 will assessed an additional fee of $25 for late entry.
Hours of operation are 5-10 pm on July 16-20, 2024.

Vendor FAQ
1. All vendor businesses are subject to final approval by the Boone County Fair Board and the City of Columbia. Fair Board and City may use full discretion when allowing and approving any vendors.
2. All vendors will be required to obtain the appropriate business license and/or permits with the City of Columbia and Health Department if applicable. Any additional fees will be the responsibility of vendor. A City of Columbia employee may be in touch to confirm permits/license status.
3. All vendors acknowledge and accept that electricity/outlets may not be available at the location of setup. If power is needed we encourage you to supply your own with a generator.
4. All spaces are first come, first served. Setup is Monday, July 15 from 12-4 or Tuesday, July 16 from 12-4. Gates open daily at 5 pm on July 16 - July 20. The fair closes at 10 pm daily. Vendors can choose to set up all days or select days. The price is the same whether vendors choose to set up one or all days.
5. Vendors must be set up with any vehicles removed from the area by 4 pm to avoid any pedestrian traffic. No vehicles will be allowed into the fair until after Close. Fair is not responsible for any damage to the vendor booth area. Vendor is responsible to keep the area clean and for any trash/debris from the vendor booth area.
6. TWO season passes are included with your vendor fee. These will be provided to you on Monday at setup. If you are in need of additional passes, please add them to your registration form and pay through the sign-up on the website. Season passes are $30 at the gate but will be offered to vendors for $25 prior to June 15. A maximum of two additional passes can be purchased at this discounted rate.
7. Please follow our social media to stay up to date on happenings and also share content to improve attendance and publicity of the fair.
8. Due to exclusive agreements, the following items are not allowed to be sold by other vendors: Fresh Squeezed Lemonade, funnel cakes, corn dogs, or cotton candy. If you only sell these items or include them in your items to be sold, your vendor application will be denied.
